Expert Witness

The Directors of Clear have many years of experience of being involved in expert witness work, in relation to pollution, flooding incidents and ecology. Clear have used their expertise in hydraulic modelling and drainage to identify flood risks, understand mechanisms and sources of flooding, and where necessary assist in identifying the responsibility of the flooding or pollution incidents.
